patient started with urticaria on back on exposure to sunlight last winter..wich spontaneously disappeared in summers...condition aggravated dis year winters..where pt experienced urticaria on chest, arms, back on anxiety, sun exposure, or any increase in core body temp like drinking tea.. past history- eosinophillic granuloma 9 years back.. frequent episodes of recurrent allergic rhinitis in childhood..
patient has symptomatic improvement on hydroxyzine, but has lead to weight gain of 5kgs in past 2 weeks. kindly suggest treatment stratergy... thanks
