G2P1L1 with 6.1 wk scar pregnancy with previous LSCS 4 year back, showing 18mm-18mm Gsac in anteriar lower uterine segment at previous scar, no fetal pole and yolk sac, B-hcg is 545. Presently no Pv bleeding or sign of rupture.

What will be the management? I have decided to start with Methotrexate and try to manage medically at present.
