Dear Friends,  Can anyone provide me a copy or link to the guidelines for doctors prescribed by Medical Council of India. I need to understand what is allowed under the rules. For eg. Can we accept a speaker invitation for a meeting organised by a pharma company.

What if the meeting is in another city and can we accept travel and stay arrangements for such a meeting. How does one differentiate an Academic vs. a promotional meeting?
