Madhya Pradesh medical council has suspended registration of 6 more doctors for 3 to six months. Out of these 2 doctors are working in government hospital. The MCI notification is attached. Dr. Puspendra – Performed hysterectomy even after not being a Gynecologist – suspended for 1 year Dr. Manju – Misbeahvior with council office bearers – suspended for 6 months Dr.
Rajendra Kumar – Took bribe and certified a healthy lady as having mental disorder– suspended for 1 year Dr. Santosh – Performed eye operation without doing YPI– suspended for 1 year Dr. Seema – Did not handover patient case report/related documents to relatives of patient– suspended for 1 year Dr. Umesh Sinha – Gave unfit certificate to another doctor to save him from appearing in court– suspended for 3 months What is this? Doctors should have acted more professionally and be aware of the consequences of unethical behavior.
