One patient age 29 years have had one first trimester missed abortion, came with 1 mth 10 days amenorrhoea, UPT positive for a routine checkup. On USG it's diagnosed as right interstitial tubal ectopic. Pt vitally stable,  mass size 1.7*1.6 CM,  yolk sad and fetal pole seen but FCP not seen, no free fluid in a pod, B HCG is 4778.

Can we manage it by methotrexate?
