68 year old woman with burning micturition, urgency, Has undergone hysterectomy long back. not responding to ofloxacin, norfoxacin. along with ecoflora and premarin cream. and cranpak (cranberry extract) urologist has done meatotomy. reports of cystoscopy not available.

urgency is little better with oxybutyrin 1 bd. Also on premarin for hot flashes. dont know if it is interstitial cystits. Pt refused cystoscopy by a second urologist 1 month back.
