A dead body of a woman was burned to fire and relatives became furious on finding a surgical scissor in ashes and burned bones. They file a complaint with police that a woman was operated for abdominal pain which was not relieved completely and before death radiological investigation and sonography showed intestinal obstruction. A surgical scissor was found in ashes and burned bones after cremation.
