A phalpino pt. 40 yrs, unmarried,nulliparous lmp of 14/3/16 came in emergency with complaint of menorrhagia with paasge of clots first episode and severe pain lower abdomen  2 wks. Her USG shows possibilty of endometriotic cyst of 3*4cm simple cyst. aher Ca 125  done came out 293.

I gave antifibtinolytics for menorrhagia now settled and symptomatatic pain killers. Pt. is asymptomatic now. Kindly suggest d/d and further line of managment.
