A 38-year male having the complaint of abdominal discomfort since 1 month. No history of Fever, Cough, loss of appetite, loss of weight. Addiction of tobacco chewing since 10 years.

USG s/o mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Advised HIV testing. Should this patient receive AKT?
