Inborn errors of metabolism are rare genetic conditions in children in which they cannot convert the energy from macronutrients to energy. They also have problem-related to micronutrients and organelles of the cells. The physicians should be able to differentiate neurometabolic disorders in these children from the sequel of static encephalopathy.
