37 yr old Mrs. S.D.gr 3, para 3 women is admitted in a gyne ward Teaching Hospita, for evaluation of vaginal pruritus. She has not been examined by a Physician for last 6 yrs, since the birth of her youngest child. She has no pubic or axillary hair, her skin is cold, dry thin soft & finely wrinkled. She appears moderately anemic & exhibits vitiligo on her hands. She has experienced cold sensitivity a deepening of her voice, recurrent dermal infections & amenorrhea since the birth of her last child.
The disorder she is suffering is Sheehans syndrome. Addisonian syndrome. Myxoedma. Craniopharyngioma. All of the above.
