1.Since the days of my joining MBBS, I often heard the statement that "Doctors are Gods". I could understand it from patient point of view. But I was perplexed when many of my classmates, seniors and elders of profession believed it to the core. I often faced ridicule whenever expressed my view to the contrary. I think that belief is the root cause of Violence against Doctors. My take: Medical profession is not the only Noble profession. Teachers, Soldiers, Drivers, Sewage cleaners etc are equally Noble.
First thing Doctors should do is to get out of that Nobility. 2.Hospitals are the only places anybody can enter anytime without much inhibition.
