If a fever and body ache patient (later diagnosed as allergic bronchitis) is complaining that doctor was not given enough time to me and not taken complete and detailed complain history and prove is that doctor did not even mention necessary clinical examination finding in prescription. So my question is what would be detailed and complete history and necessary clinical examination for a fever and body ache patient.

And what kind of issue I can face regarding this.
