Few NEET Toppers conspired with Private Medical Colleges to block seats until the last minute in first and second round of counselling against a bribe of 5-20 lacs after assuring their seat in Govt medical college and then took a stand back due to which Medical Colleges had to sell seats to lower rank holders as the Medical Colleges were given permission to invite themselves after 2nd round to fill candidates having lower ranks in NEET. It is being told Such Private medical Colleges approached these students with a bribe offer and does not ask their original certificates as required and then kept it blocked upto 2nd round and then gave it to most lower ranked or just appeared NEET students taking a bribe in Lacs. NEET has replaced a couple of medical examinations last year.
