Male 66yrs old, non diabetic, controlled HTN complained of numbness on both planter aspect of feet since 6 months during walk subcide at rest and pain at sacro illiac joint (relieved at rest). nerve conduction study ------normal doppler study --normal MRI --lumbo sacral region shows---secondary lumber canal stenosis 7.2mm at l4 5/8.1mm atl3 4 /9.1 at l2 3 / because flaval ligament hypertrophy, anterolisthesis of l4 l5,, grade1 ,disc desiccation at all lumber level, diffuse disc bulge at l2345 flaval ligament hypertrophy at d9 10 11 12 rest investigation normal ( MRI of 10 yrs back also shows flaval ligament hypertrophy with no symptoms.
What may be remedy?
