60 yr man came to us with severely infected corneal infection. He had shown to multiple places and was told - "nothing can be done for your eyes now." He presented with severe corneal infection including whole cornea. He was treared with complete penetrating keratoplasty in which whole cornea was removed and replaced with a donor cornea.

6 months later, he underwent cataract surgery in the same eye and regained his vision of 6/6. He is under follow-up now for the last 6 months wih stable vision. So - Never say Nothing is possible.
