New MCI Oversight Committee Replaced With A Panel Of Eminent Doctors

The Supreme Court on Tuesday permitted the union government to replace the oversight committee headed by former Chief Justice set up to supervise the functioning of the Medical Council of India (MCI) with a new panel of five “very eminent” doctors.
