Future just starts for a medical student after MBBS. NHM posting should be a matter of choice and should only be decided by a doctor. No one should force us deliberately into rural service when needed and throwing us out when NHM job is done. To practise, to serve, should be our decision. Many of us see so much money in rural that they forget to serve and start earning livelihood.
Same went with me. Please stop discrimination against doctors at such tender age. NHM after post graduation is somewhat fine. Else India will start loosing all medical post graduates.
