A 65 yrs old woman complains of numbness especially during winter months in 3 rd 4th and 5th toes bilaterally. Pain sensation reduced. The patient limps with hypotrophy of rt calf. No history of injury or DM or HTN.

She prefers ayurvedic treatment. Bowel and bladder function is intact. MRI not done. Kindly suggest differential diagnosis and treatment.
