A 30-year-old 4 months pregnant lady,  presented with severe OCD and related suicidal ideas due to extreme distress. Presently on fluoxetine 40 mg. History of excessive sedation and poor compliance with fluvoxamine.

Not willing for nonpharmacological treatment. How you proceed?
