The ocular manifestations are as follows: Post embryotoxic  Abnormal fundus pigmentation hypopigmentation  Ectopic pupil  Optic discs anomaly    Optic disc drusen  A C anomaly    Axenfelds anomaly    The presence of these findings in children with cholestasis is suggestive of Alagille syndrome.
