Liver manifestations are in the form of vomiting, weakness, fluid retention in abdomen swelling of legs yellowish skin and itching. Brain-related disorders are tremors, muscle stiffness, trouble in speaking, personality changes.
Incidence is 1 in 30 000 age is from 5 to 35 years.
