I am an assistant professor in a private medical college, having some previous medico-legal cases. I have applied for 'on duty leave' for attending court. But our college management denied it. Are there any other options for such case?

There are any acts/ laws/ rules/ regulations/ Govt. resolutions/ MCI guidelines available for "On duty leave' for court purpose. If yes, please share with reference.
