Now a days, getting external examiners for conducting the practical examinations of MD/MS  has become difficult in  many medical colleges. Often  external  examiners are declining the offer of  examinership.

Sometimes only one external examiner  is  available as a last minute replacement. can we conduct  MD/MS  examination with only one external examiner?
