25 years lactating young obese 84 kg woman' s ( four months child in lap) XRAYS c/o pain in RT hip after viral fever gone, no fever but pain, ESR 25 mm, CBC normal, urine normal. Query is: Is it early AVN , or osteo penia of pregnancy and lactation, or normal?

DOES she need treatment or not for this? I am in conflict with radiologist of lab, only evidence based expert opinion is welcome.
