A 35-year-old female with a complaint of amenorrhoea for 2 months with on and off nausea and vomiting. UPT neg done thrice with a difference of 15days as per by patient and myself too. The patient wants to conceive so I asked for USG to confirm which shows thickened endometrium. I gave withdrawal tab norethisterone for 7days of wich after 10days (total of17 days). Then the patient was not having bleeding but she again complain of vomiting from 2 days.
I asked her to inv for thyroid and Cbc. But patient is not willing. Her last childbirth is 10 years back and 1 abortion 6 months back. What treatment should be given? Kindly guide.
