Pregnancy Outcomes Trends During COVID-19 The COVID-19 pandemic posed an unprecedented health system shock, raising concerns about its impact on maternal and neonatal outcomes. This population-based study evaluated temporal trends across 31,411 singleton pregnancies in South London, spanning pre-pandemic, lockdown, and post-lockdown periods. Using multivariable regression and generalized additive modelling, the study assessed 17 key pregnancy outcomes while adjusting for confounders such as ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and healthcare site.

Findings revealed that 6 outcomes—including preterm birth and stillbirth—remained stable across all periods.
