A 24-year-old female, Primi with 7 months gestation age presented with papulopustular & nodular lesions over the back of scalp since 20 days in occipital region since 20 days. Bigger nodules bleed on scrubbing/friction. Patient c/o similar lesions 12 years back, for which she has undergone a surgical procedure after which the lesions subsided.

Kindly advice, how to manage further?
