Being a fresher of MBBS and applying for the job of casualty medical officer I am a bit confused about what is expected of me in this job. During internship we were always accompanied by the seniors and most cases were referred to respective departments right away.

So kindly guide me regarding this subject. Also please let me know how to prepare for the interview.
