Heart failure (HF) disturbs the quality of life (QOL) in patients more intensely than many other chronic diseases. Thus, improving the QOL of patients with HF is equally important as managing the disease. PARADIGM-HF trial highlights the added benefits of sacubitril-valsartan combination over enalapril for improving the QOL and decreasing the rehospitalization episodes in patients with HF.
