I am working in a private medical college in Karnataka. I am working here since last 3 years as assistant professor, now i am due for associate post, my college authority are not ready to give promotion, so i resigned from my post in January 2015. The said notice period in my college is 3 months. I finished that period in April following all their rules and regulation.
Till today they have not given me relieving order. Whenever i asked about it they are telling that you go to your home, we will send you relieving order later on. I stuck here now as without relieving order no other college will accept me for associate post. Can somebody guide me that is there any procedure in MCI to tackel this situation so that i can leave this college and my experience will also be counted?
