The patient had extraction of left lower permanent first molar under lignocaine/ adrenaline combination before two months. The next day itself he felt numbness on the left side of the tongue including the tip of the tongue. He approached the dentist, and the dentist said gradually it will become alright.

Now the question is whether the patient will recover from the paraesthesia, regain the sensation, able to lead a normal life? (The patient was so stressed on the day he visited me).
