Hello everyone! I have a query regarding attending conferences/workshops which is pre-planned, but now not allowed to attend by the college authorities like Dean and head of dept, because of speculations regarding MCI visit.

Is there any MCI guideline, which allow us to attend conferences/seminars without any fear....thank u
