A 44-year-old male prisoner suddenly complained of swelling in the neck and dyspnea. He was admitted to the hospital four hours later in a state of deep coma. On examination, he was clinically diagnosed with laryngeal obstruction. Unfortunately, the patient died in the hospital. Autopsy findings : Height/Weight: 167 cm/ 66 Kg.
