One of my patients underwent tubectomy for sterilization during LSCS. Now found to have an ectopic pregnancy. Patient is now asking for heavy compensation through court saying that surgery was not done properly.

Histopathological reports are available to confirm bilateral tubectomy. I invite comments on this. Also, mention legal implications.
