A 30-year-old female patient presented with a history of painless swelling of the upper lip since 10 years. The swelling was intermittent initially, however, is progressive and persistent since the last 2 years. The patient also complained of swelling of the lower lip and vulva since last 6 months without any pain.

No history of facial palsy, gastrointestinal, or respiratory symptoms was reported. Physical Examination: Vaginal discharge ++ (patient gave a history of white watery vaginal discharge since 10 years) Dermatological examination showed erythematous firm swelling over lips, upper lip being severely affected Genital examination revealed indurated swelling over labia majora with the left side being more affected that the right.
