Case presentation An 8-day-old boy born to a primigravida mother at 37 weeks via cesarean presented with fever, lethargy, and respiratory distress. The mother was diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection in the 29th week with mild symptoms and was kept under home isolation. At the time of delivery, she tested negative for SARS-CoV-2. ##Table 1.
