Analyzing the available data from the literature and based on the knowledge that placenta, amniotic membranes, amniotic fluid have Renin like substances, a theoretical workup has been made in a sequential basis under the title " Placento- Renin concept- Sequential theory". Anxiety state due to mental stress of pregnancy(Pregnancy Anxiety) especially in Primi Gravida, increased placental, mass in multiple pregnancies and last trimester of pregnancy, increased amniotic fluid in hydramnios, increased amniotic membranes in vesicular mole, increased vascular pathology in Diabetes are taken into consideration.
