A 20yrs old female with a complaint of polymennorhagia with nausea and vomiting. I gave her norethisterone and tranexamic acid for which bleeding stopped. She took a course of ormeloxifen for 3 months as she has increase nausea and vomting by OCPS after that again she has same problem. USG is normal with ET 8.6mm. Hb is 7gm. Inv.awaited thyroid profile.
LH, FSH, prolactin, progesterone and estrogen. Deworming has been done. What next treatment can be given? What should be the reason for nausea and vomting? She can't take even food.
