My son of 10 years old and 23 kg weight with single episode of abdominal colic periumblical tenderness was found with lymph nodes around iliac vein on ultrasonography; maximum size 1.2 cm to .9 cm; multiple in no. mantoux test is 22mm. ESR is 12,  no symptoms of weight loss fever anorexia.

Should I start ATT or not. Please guide me.
