The patient is a 17-month-old male who presented with a ten-week history of slowly growing asymptomatic lesions on three of his fingers. Physical exam Three firm, nontender, subcutaneous, dome-shaped, skin-colored nodules measuring between 3-5mm each were present on the dorsolateral right third, fourth and fifth fingers (images attached). Flexion and extension of all involved fingers were normal.
