A 72 year old patient, with history of Parkinsons underwent hip replacement 10 days back. He is not a known Hypertensive. No other comorbidities present. He had stroke on post op day 4.

CT scan shows infarct. Right now he is in ICU-recovering from right hemiparesis. Can perioperative stroke be predicted?
