I am MD dermatologist with a fellowship in Dermatosurgery. What is the procedure if I want to practice in the USA after clearing USMLE as a dermatologist/cosmetologist in Govt hospitals? Are there any private set-up in the USA with respect to dermatology field?

What are the chances of me getting residentship in dermatology in the USA after clearing USMLE 3rd part? Any concession in the years of residentship, since I have completed MD dermatology with a fellowship in Dermatosurgery?
