Cervical cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths in women. Significant survival advantages for patients who received concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) compared with those who received radiation therapy (RT) alone was noted. In this regard, evaluating the prognostic factors can help to decide between proper treatments for cervical cancer. The present article represents a study that evaluated the prognostic factors for patients treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.

Study design: Patients: A total of 402 patients with invasive cervical cancer were treated in the National Hospital Organization, Hokkaido Cancer Center from January 2002 to December 2011.
