Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) still remains an incurable disease. The prognostic factors for PAH have been widely studied in many clinical trials for adults. However, the literature lacks clinical trials for determining the prognostic factors in the geriatric population. This article enlists probable PAH prognostic factors, however, derived from standard population, appropriate for elderly population.
