Background and Challenge to implementation: The second wave of COVID-19 in India is a tragedy, there is a need for citizens and countries to help each other during the crisis. If COVID-19 has taught us anything, it's that we need each other to get through this pandemic. As a world, we need each other in terms of countries to step up to help make sure that the world has an adequate supply of vaccine, to ensure people have treatments available.
Once tested positive for COVID-19, the asymptomatic or the mildly symptomatic patients comprising 80-90% of cases will not need hospital admission and can be managed at home in isolation. The dilemma for them is how to monitor their health, what medication to take, when to take them, what diet to follow, what kind of exercises to do when to consult a doctor when to go to a hospital in such circumstances.
