A 60 year old Male, normotensive c/ o Epistaxsis 3 times in one month. At the time of bleeding p/n, his measurement are 150/90, otherwise it's 130/80 mgHg.

After one MONTH his nasal examination shows this picture. Kindly advise Medical treatment for this patient.
