A 25 years young lady having weakness and symptoms of common cold from six months, Now complaining of fever and cough for 15 days, not responding to treatment, referred to me in very bad condition BP 70/50, thin pulse giddiness. Iv fluids given. Only fine crepetations audible on Lt side of upper chest, I Asked for urgent cbc X-ray chest. Cbc normal. Hb is 7.8 gm% .
Urine normal. X-ray chest is posted. Kindly suggest with out asking for CT scan chest and neck. Patient is not hospitalized she is better after iv fluids. No antibiotics given.
