Radiopharmaceuticals (RPs) are unique medicinal formulations containing radioisotopes which are used in major clinical areas for diagnosis and/or therapy. The standards of drugs including Radiopharmaceuticals (RPs) is maintained by Indian Pharmacopoeia. RPs though contain moderately small quantities of active ingredient and administered in small volumes can cause some adverse reactions to the patients. The current article presents a summary of adverse drug reactions reporting to the fraternity of nuclear medicine who are dealing with RPs .
