A 30 year old female presents with 4 very early recurrent pregnancy abortions in the last 1.5 years. 1st Chemical pregnancy- June 2014-6 weeks- HCG 220 2nd Ectopic Pregnancy- April 2015-6 weeks- Adnexal mass seen- HCG doubling rate more than 72 hours--given methotrexate to abort 3rd chemical pregnancy- September 2015- menstruation-like bleeding 2 days before next period was due-HCG reached 450 after which it started reducing 4th chemical pregnancy- March 2016- HCG 185 Product of conception could not be studied in any pregnancy. Spontaneous conception in all pregnancies except Ectopic in which clomiphene was given.
